Cancellation & Refund Policy
For services 2 hours or longer, we ask for a credit card number or gift certificate number to hold your reservation. We require at least 24-hours notice (72 hours for groups of two or more) to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours (72 hours for groups of two or more), a charge for the full appointment service fee will be billed to your card. In the case of a gift certificate, the certificate amount will be adjusted accordingly.
In order to preserve everyone’s schedule, all salon services begin and end at the appointed time. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your service. Guests will be charged for the full amount of service(s) in the event of late arrival, early departure, and no-show.
All product sales are final. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Children 13 or older are welcome to make appointments. For the salon, children of any age are welcome in the salon if they have an appointment for services and are accompanied by an adult.
Please notify our Client Coordinator when booking your haircut and/or color service or your treatments if you have any allergies, physical disabilities, are pregnant, diabetic, or have any other health concerns.
To help you get the most from your experience at Doug’s 2 Salon, be sure to communicate any challenges, concerns, special needs, or questions to your stylist, so that they can assure your experience with us is a positive one. Please leave all valuables at home. We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. When applicable, you will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear between spa treatments. During your treatment you will be draped to protect your privacy. Surrender to the spa experience. You are not obligated to make conversation with your Therapist.
Doug’s 2 Salon Stylists rely on products and professional equipment to create results from the treatments we offer. We believe it is our obligation to supply information to each guest about the products and techniques used throughout the treatment and educate you on how to achieve results in your own home.
Treat a friend or loved one to a memorable experience at Doug’s 2 Salon by giving a gift certificate, as they are available in any denomination. Gift certificates should be protected and treated as cash. Gift certificates are redeemable for services and products only and may not be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and no change will be given as unused value remains on our guests Salon account. Guest must bring the original certificate with them to each appointment.
Methods Of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, check and cash. Payment is due upon services rendered.
We are not responsible for items left at Doug’s 2 Salon-Spa.
