Cancellation & Refund Policy

For all spa services, we ask for a credit card number or gift certificate number to hold your reservation. We require at least 24-hours notice (72 hours for groups of two or more) to cancel or reschedule any spa appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment in less than 24 hours (72 hours for groups of two or more), a charge for the full appointment service fee will be billed to your card. In the case of a gift certificate, the certificate amount will be adjusted accordingly.

In order to preserve everyone’s schedule, all spa services begin and end at the appointed time. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your service. If you arrive late you deprive yourself of sacred moments in the spa. Guests will be charged for the full amount of service(s) in the event of late arrival, early departure, and no-show.

All product sales are final.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

Bridal Spa Parties

All bridal services and bridal parties are reserved with a credit card. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours, your credit card will be charged the full price of all services scheduled.

Atmosphere

The spa is a tranquil, meditative place. In order to preserve this environment, we ask that you respect the privacy of our other guests and their wish to experience self renewal. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers before you enter the building.

Children

Children 13 or older are welcome to make appointments for spa services. For the salon, children of any age are welcome in the salon if they have an appointment for services and are accompanied by an adult.

Salon and Spa

Please notify our Client Coordinator when booking your haircut and/or color service or your spa treatments if you have any allergies, physical disabilities, are pregnant, diabetic, or have any other health concerns.

To help you get the most from your experience at Doug’s 2 Salon-Spa, be sure to communicate any challenges, concerns, special needs, or questions to your stylist or spa therapist so that they can assure your experience with us is a positive one. Please leave all valuables at home. We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. When applicable, you will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear between spa treatments. During your treatment you will be draped to protect your privacy.  Surrender to the spa experience. You are not obligated to make conversation with your Therapist.

Please do not drink alcohol before any spa treatments (Body Therapies, Massage, Facials, Waxing).  This could lead to dehydration and/or adverse skin reactions. Please, no cell phone use while checking in and out at Front Desk.

Doug’s 2 Salon-Spa Stylists and Therapists rely on products and professional equipment to create results from the treatments we offer. We believe it is our obligation to supply information to each guest about the products and techniques used throughout the treatment and educate you on how to achieve results in your own home.

Gift Certificates

Treat a friend or loved one to a memorable experience at Doug’s 2 Salon-Spa by giving a gift certificate, as they are available in any denomination. Gift certificates should be protected and treated as cash. Gift certificates are redeemable for services and merchandise only and may not be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and no change will be given as unused value remains on our guests Salon-Spa account. Guest must bring the original certificate with them to each appointment.

Methods Of Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, check and cash. Payment is due upon services rendered.

We are not responsible for items left at Doug’s 2 Salon-Spa.
